In order to manage the IPAs effectively, and make sure the community is able to benefit from them, the infrastructure assets they contain also need to be healthy.
Wattleridge has several cottages and out buildings in unmaintained condition with tank water and groundwater available. Nursery facilities are partly built to cater for plant hardening off area and seedling germination area. Cattle adjistment is currently operating on 20% of the property where pasture grasses and clearing has displaced native flora and fauna (Banbai Business Enterprises, Unpub-a). Wattleridge infrastructure includes:

- Shelter Sheds
Tarriwa Kurrukun has boundary fencing, a training facility, toilet / shower, chemical container area, to two 25,000 litre water tanks, and two nursery igloos partly completed.
